“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can access Proto’s AI-native operating system for private-pay clinics, including operational workflow automations, clinical intelligence tools, data unification services, and Virtual Medical Operator (VMO) support.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, preferences generated based on the data you submit, and number of clicks.
Personal Information includes your email address, full name, date of birth, phone number, mailing address, emergency contact information, insurance information, medical history (ICD-10, CPT), lab results, diagnostic results, wearable device data (steps, heart rate, sleep data, HRV), appointment data, care plan data, prescriptions, and patient communications, which you submit to us through the registration process or during use of the Service.
Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service, you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information, which may include: full name, date of birth, phone number, address, insurance details, medical history, diagnostics, labs, and wearable data.
We track information provided to us by your browser or software application, such as the referring URL, type of browser, device type, time and date of access, and other Non-Personal Information. We use cookies to collect this data. For example, we may use cookies to collect:
- Site usage metrics
- User interaction data (clicks, time on page)
- Authentication session identifiers
- Preferences and settings
The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer until deleted, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.
Information you provide us by registering for an account
